As an associate at Stidham & Stidham, P.A., Wade’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and trust and estate litigation, as well as insurance disputes, personal injury, professional malpractice, constitutional torts, bankruptcy disputes, professional licensure, and more. He has practiced at the firm since 2012.

Wade grew up in Bartow and graduated from the International Baccalaureate School at Bartow High School. He received his undergraduate education from the University of Florida and his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Wade practiced as a commercial litigation associate in Tampa, Florida. He also interned for the Honorable Steven D. Merryday of the United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida, as well as the office of the Public Defender for the 10th Judicial Circuit.

His extensive litigation experience includes motion practice, discovery, settlement representation, and trial representation. He has represented large financial institutions, commercial property owners, government entities, and lenders, and he has also litigated against the same types of clients.

In addition to Florida, Wade holds a license to practice law in Colorado.
